Ordering a Gift Card

Natural Pigments Gift Cards are ordered like any other item in the store. Simply select Gift Card from the top menu. Enter the amount you want for the Gift Card, add it to your Shopping bag, and then proceed to checkout to pay for your gift card by credit card. (If you use other methods of payment there will be a delay in approving the gift card.) Upon payment approval a gift card number will be emailed to your recipient usually within 24 hours.

You can view your gift card or store credit by entering the number in the field below and pressing Submit:

Redeeming your Gift Card or Store Credit

If you have a Natural Pigments Gift Card or Store Credit, you can use it for payment by following these steps:

1. Complete your shopping and go to checkout your Shopping Bag.
2. Enter your Natural Pigments Gift Card or Store Credit number into the space provided on the Checkout page.
3. Proceed to fill in your customer information, and then follow the instructions as outlined below.

Gift Card or Store Credit Value Sufficient for Order

If the Gift Card or Store Credit value is sufficient to cover your order total then the Payment page will not require any payment for you order. Simply press the Confirm button and complete the order.

Gift Card or Store Credit Value Insufficient for Order

If the Gift Card or Store Credit is insufficient to cover the order total, you will be prompted to provide a credit card for payment of the balance. The Payment page will appear enabling you to pay for the difference. Once the order is completed a new redemption will be created for your Gift Card or Store Credit. If there is any residual value and the card is not for one-time use only, you will be able to redeem the card again. Any unused value of the Gift Card or Store Credit can be used for future purchases.
