If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from Natural Pigments, you are entitled to receive a replacement or refund. Simply call Customer Service at 1-888-361-5900 within 30 days of receipt so we can arrange an exchange, refund or credit to your satisfaction. That's our shopping guarantee!

Our products are guaranteed for normal life and standard usage. If a product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it for replacement or refund of the purchase price—it’s your choice. Returns made after 60 days of receipt will only be exchanged for the same item. Merchandise returned because of a customer order error will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

How to Return:

1. Return pigments, art materials, books and unopened CDs and videocassettes in their original condition.
2. Include the original or a copy of your packing list.
3. Return within 30 days of date on the packing list.

Refunds

We'll refund your online purchase if you:

1. Return pigments, art materials, books, unopened CDs and videocassettes in their original condition.
2. Include your packing list.
3. Return within 30 days of delivery date.

Ship all returns to Natural Pigments at the address noted above.

• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Returns made to Natural Pigments will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
• Bulk or distruibutor orders are not returnable to Natural Pigments without prior authorization.
