-
purchase products through their own links for personal use, resale, or internal company purchasing
-

7. Search Engine Marketing and Trademark Restrictions
Unless expressly approved in writing, affiliates may not:

-
use branded terms in paid search ad headlines, display URLs, or ad copy in a way that suggests an official relationship beyond approved affiliate participation

Natural Pigments reserves the right to define additional prohibited search terms at any time.

Only coupon codes expressly issued or approved by Natural Pigments may be used in affiliate promotions. Unauthorized publication, modification, scraping, syndication, or distribution of coupon codes is prohibited.

compliant with advertising laws and disclosure requirements

consistent with product instructions and safety information
-
free of libelous, deceptive, or infringing material

10. Use of Natural Pigments Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use only the logos, banners, product images, and other creative materials expressly provided or approved by Natural Pigments. Affiliates may not alter logos, remove notices, register domain names or social handles incorporating Natural Pigments trademarks, or otherwise create confusion regarding ownership or affiliation.
11. Tracking, Attribution, and Referral Window
Natural Pigments will track referred sales using the methods available through its affiliate system, including cookies, coupon codes, or other approved mechanisms.
The standard referral window is 45 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Attribution is generally based on the platform configuration in place at the time of the transaction. Natural Pigments does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking and is not liable for commissions lost due to browser settings, ad blockers, privacy controls, device switching, link tampering, or other technical limitations outside its reasonable control.
12. Commissionable Sales
A sale is commissionable only if all of the following are true:
-
the customer completed a valid purchase through a properly tracked referral method
-
payment was successfully received
-
the order was not canceled, refunded, charged back, flagged as fraudulent, or otherwise reversed
-
the item purchased was not excluded from commission
-
the affiliate remained in good standing at the time of the sale and payout
Commissions are calculated on net product revenue after discounts and exclude shipping, tax, duties, gift cards, refunds, credits, adjustments, and non-commissionable items.
13. Excluded Items and Transactions
Natural Pigments may exclude categories, SKUs, customers, order types, geographies, or promotional combinations from commission eligibility. Examples may include:
-
gift cards
-
wholesale or B2B orders
-
institutional or custom quoted orders
-
bulk or special-price transactions
-
employee purchases
-
reseller purchases
-
self-referred purchases
-
transactions involving fraud or abuse
Excluded items and rules may be updated at any time.
14. Commission Rates
Commission rates may vary by category, campaign, or partner type. Natural Pigments may modify rates prospectively at any time. Continued participation after a rate change constitutes acceptance of the revised rates.
15. Validation, Holds, and Payouts
Commissions are subject to a validation period to account for returns, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud screening, and order verification. Natural Pigments may withhold payout until commissions are fully validated.
Payments are generally made monthly once the minimum payout threshold is met and all required payment and tax information has been submitted.
16. Taxes and Payment Information
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate tax and payment details and for paying any taxes arising from commissions received. Natural Pigments may withhold payments where legally required or where documentation is incomplete.
17. Audits and Compliance Review

23. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natural Pigments and its officers, employees, and affiliates against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the affiliate’s content, promotions, conduct, legal violations, or breach of this policy.
