Staybelite Ester resin is ester of partially-hydrogenated, wood rosin that is highly resistant to oxidation and discoloration, and to changes in solubility, when exposed to air and heat.
Staybelite Ester resin is the glycerol ester of partially-hydrogenated, wood rosin. It is a pale, thermoplastic resin with excellent resistance to oxidation and discoloration. It is useful as a tackifying resin for adhesives. In general, it is useful where there is need for pale, nonoxidizing and color stable resin.

Applications
• Component in thermoplastic mixtures for polishing wax, sealing wax and encaustic wax.
