How do I check my points balance?

First, log into your account and click on the Rewards tab to overview your points.

What happens to my points when I return items?

When items are refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance.

How do I spend my points?

Once you’re ready to check out, open your cart by clicking the shopping bag in the top right corner of our site to view your points balance and the redemption options. Select the points you’d like to apply to your order and continue checking out the store! You can add as many rewards as your balance permits.

I performed an action to earn points, but my points aren’t showing up.

You must perform the action via the module on the Natural Pigments Friends Rewards page. Please note that adjusting your points balance could take up to 24 hours. How long will I keep my VIP tier status?
