What is the Natural Pigments Friends Rewards Program?
The Natural Pigments Friends Rewards program offers you the chance to earn points, access exclusive benefits, and more! As a member, you’ll earn points for every purchase and for engaging with our brand through social media. Once you earn enough points to unlock rewards discounts, points can be redeemed like cash at checkout!
When do I get my points for shopping?
Points are awarded when your order is completed and shipped. Please allow 24 hours after your order is shipped for the points to be credited to your account.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points expire 12 months after they are earned.
How do I join the Natural Pigments Friends Rewards program?

How do I earn points?
In many ways! You’ll earn points just by joining Natural Pigments Friends Rewards. After that, points can be earned with each purchase, share, and follow us on social media. See our complete list of ways to earn above.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your account and click on the Rewards tab for an overview of your points.
How do I spend my points?
Redeem points for discount codes in the section How to Use Your Points. Once you’re ready to check out, go to the checkout page and enter the discount code. Please note that you can use only one discount code per order, and the order subtotal must be at least twice the value of the code. For example, if you have a $20 off discount code, your order subtotal (before taxes and shipping, and after the promotional code) must be $40 or more.
What happens to my points when I return items?
When items are refunded, your points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance.
I performed an action to earn points, but my points aren’t showing up.
You must perform the action via the Natural Pigments Friends Rewards page. Please note that adjusting your points balance could take up to 24 hours. If your balance still doesn’t look right after this time, please contact our Customer Service, and we will be happy to assist you.
How long will I keep my VIP tier status?
Your tier eligibility will expire 12 months after you enter the tier. Spending with us during those 12 months will renew your eligibility in that tier.
